Today I had my upper blepharoplasty with Dr Larsen, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, his nurse, Breanna, was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and at ease before the procedure. About 5 years ago I had a procedure done to remove a skin cancer spot on my forehead, well what a experience that was! Firstly I was just in a room by myself with no nurse or any reassurance a medical sheet put over my face so I couldn't see anything needle going into my forehead which bloody hurt then a lot of cutting and uncomfortable feeling going on which hurt. I was "shopping " around for a hand surgeon and came across Mikko, I am glad I did, I had 2 carpal tunnel release procedures, both went well and I am on my way to recovery.. Mikko himself is one of the most kind and professional surgeons I have met thus far. His team is wonderful as well.. kind , polite and patient focused . Mikko, and everyone who works with him are incredible. I didn't second guess my decision to have surgery with Mikko and I highly recommend that if you want a surgeon who is not only the best in his field, but who also is professional, kind and just a decent human being. He genuinely cares about his patients and his work. The surgery was amazing and I can't believe how the results have far exceeded my expectations. The after-care to date has also been exceptional. Thank you all so much.
