I contacted Mikki for an Auto policy quote because I was frustrated with my current rusing rates. Mikki also recommended me to bundle our homeowners policy as well. Real friendly and responsive at first when setting up and shortly after with some adjustments but since I have been unable to contact no response to emails or messages from state farm app. Update: office contacted based on review and found the reason most emails were not answered. though noted app communication is not within their control.
