The venue was contemporary and NEW, has 2 dining rooms and a bar with TV’s, another room with a stage and dance floor, the waitress and Chef Tasha were Amazing, very accommodating, Food was Phenomenal…we had Chef Tasha’s Favorite- Oxtail Pasta, and the Brown Stew Chicken, mac n cheese on POINT, If you want to have a good time with a Good Food/Great Vibe…if you like Jamaican food and music, do yourself a favorite and check this place out, we will be back!
Chef Tasha presented really delicious, well portioned plates. Menu is small but solid, I went with a large party and everyone sent clean plates back to the kitchen, not a scrap of left, proving these recipes have been perfected. It’s interesting how quickly people are willing to make serious accusations about a business without considering the impact those statements can have. As someone who has been a loyal customer of Mikkis, I can honestly say that the experience described in this review does not match mine or what I have witnessed during my visits. The food was nasty, and the staff was extremely rude. I expressed my concerns about the roaches and the unpleasant smell in the restaurant, but instead of addressing my concerns, the employees became upset and asked me to leave. I also witnessed two customers walk in, purchase alcoholic drinks, and appear not to be asked for identification. I believe this matter should be properly investigated. I will be reporting this restaurant to the appropriate authorities, including the TTB, regarding my concerns
Its a great event space.. Some nights have live music events. Great food & strong drinks. Always a grown & sexy time!!
