First and foremost, communication is not good; I emailed them March 15 and did not get a response back. After several weeks of a CONFIRMED (over the phone) appointment for April 18, I got an email stating that my appointment was cancelled, no explanation, no reason given. It's understandable that businesses are busy, but communication is a small, integral part of business. I have all the emails to back this up. P.S. When I called my insurance company- they stated that they didn't even receive the estimate from Mikitz.
