Despues de tu 1ra visita es cuando empieza su ineficiencia. El doctor hace su buen trabajo en el diagnostico despues de revisarte. Uno como paciente tiene que hacer los siguientes pasos naturalmente y eso es correcto PERO ahi empieza la pesadilla. Tratar con el staff de la oficina - cuesta muchisimo tiempo en que te respondan a tu solucitud ( ya sea para programar tu operacion, para que te envien una receta a la farmacia. Dr. Alfonso and his medical team are truly excellent—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the treatment process. They deserve a 5-star rating. However, the front office staff is a major liability for this practice. They are consistently unhelpful, discourteous, and quite cold. Across 3 visits and several phone calls, my interactions with the administrative team have been short and condescending.
