Great doctors, but with the WORST hospitality towards patients. The lady answering the phone/ Front desk “Dane” mistreats patients over the phone, hangs the phone up abruptly without listening any patient’s concern and has bad attitude to patients that are simply looking for medical attention. Staff should be selected to correspond the doctors quality. It is sad… patient respect is gone in that office
Very poor service from the office staff, combative and not helpful at all. The staff is most important thing for a doctor and the treatment of his patients.
Dr. Miki is very knowledgeable and nice but his office is an absolute disaster. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone go here. You give all your information on the phone, so you would think you would have a patient profile when you get there, but you’re wrong. Upon arriving, you are handed a clip board with about 5 pages to fill out with a pen. Mind you, everyone coming has a hand injury, so I struggled to fill this out. Red flag.
