I have been seeing Dr. Mikhil as a patient for about 11 years. My care has not been simple or easy. Only now are we getting to some of the roots of certain hidden issues. I appreciate her longtime patience and willingness to revisit past diagnoses. I like how she thinks carefully over the symptoms/situation before offering options, and how she doesn’t just push drugs as the only treatment option. In my visits to Emerson Hospital, I have heard other doctors speak favorably of her care, too.
I have been seeing Dr. Mikhil for almost 2 years. I find both her and her staff very attentive and patient with my concerns. Compared to a big hospital environment I find her office welcoming, orderly and calming. She is on top of my issues and her assistant is prompt in making referrals and appointments. Dr. Mikhil is caring and responsive. Contrary to another revie, I find her office clean and bright!
I just moved to the area and made an appt with Dr. Mikhil for my annual visit and as a new primary care. The office is dingy, dark and old. She didn't have an understanding of some medical conditions and was googling them at the same time. She made follow-up referral appointments for me, but never told me about them. She sent a prescription to the pharmacy but never told me what it is for. I never got the results of my routine bloodwork. And, In the end, they did the billing wrong.
I am a new patient to Dr. Mikhil's practice. She and her staff are very kind and accomidatibing. I called never having been seen by Dr. Mikhil for an emergency referral to see an orthopedic surgeon and was seen that day. Not treated like a number and you actually meet the doctor! Thank you!

My experience with Dr. Mikhil has been consistently good. I've been going to her over twenty years, and have no plans to change. She's a good listener and remembers important things. She's never in a rush to test or prescribe medication. She always takes time with me and has a gentle manner. She congratulated me on my good cholesterol! As a sole practitioner, there may be times she's not available, and coverage not the most convenient. Staff is also efficient and pleasant.
