The doctor is great but the staff is horrendous. Mount Sinai needs to re evaluate the front desk- Daniella and team . They don’t answer calls don’t schedule appointments and don’t get back to you even if you call and leave 100 messages. Pity because the doctor is great.
Dr. Yakubov is a great Dr! I’m always taken right in and never have to wait long! He’s very kind and always answers any questions I have about my concerns! I recommend him to anyone I know who’s look f for an Endocrinologist!!
