Every step takes forever
I’ve used the ER today and was extremely unhappy with the service. I checked in and there was only 1 person waiting. I was there for 2 1/2 hours sitting in waiting room and no one in front of me. I asked the check in lady and she said that all beds are still full with no discharge scheduled and that 5 of the beds in the ER are filled with patients from Friday because the entire hospital beds are filled. Had I known this from check in I would not have stayed.
My pregnant wife and I Waited for over an hour in the ER while she was puking multiple times. We Never were seen. Ridiculous. Front desk staff was terrible We will never go to this hospital again.
