If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I was told I’d receive a refund within 60 days, which I waited for patiently. That deadline has long passed, and now I’ve been given the runaround by multiple employees—including Bryan, Nicole, and Supervisor Juan. I just called them off the phone number listed and they are very real. I have never had a bad interaction with these people. I don't know how they do it considering the business they are in and the types of calls they must receive; rude, hostile, angry homeowners sometimes in the fight of their life for their home.
