Dr. Fuks is listed as my primary care physician with my insurance, yet when I called with an urgent medical issue, his office refused to give me an appointment. Instead, I was told to contact my insurance and request a different doctor. I find this completely unacceptable, especially in an emergency. Being dismissed like that by a doctor who is supposed to be responsible for my care is both unprofessional and distressing. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable primary care provider.
