Called twice before they closed and got hung up on both times
MAJOR ISSUE…THEFT of oriental rug !!!! The owner of the company, Russ, cleaned my home carpets and took my oriental rug to be cleaned offsite and essentially STOLE IT !! IT WAS NEVER returned ! After many attempts trying to contact the owner, Russ, (once he did answer his phone, seemed surprised I was calling about where was my rug…he promised to find out where my rug was and get back to me). Still waiting on my w-2s. Last 2 pay checks bounced. Cuts corners. Isn't certified in flood services or carpet cleaning, but will provide the services. High pressure sales attitude. Leaves a ton of residues in carpet when "encapsulation" cleaning and jet extraction. About the only thing he does well as an owner operator is vacuum. Would not recommend to anyone. Would give zero stars if I could.
Russ cleaned all of our carpet on the lower level of our home which was 6 areas and did an amazing job! It looks great and smells so clean after his professional care. I'll definitely use his company again and highly recommend Mikesell's Procare Services!
