6 years ago paid almost $11,000 for roof. Now it leaks to the point of causing ceiling damage in 2 rooms, caused by their neglect. Called every day for 2 weeks - no return calls. Finally Mike answered and basically said "it sucks to be you". No warranties, won't even come out to look at it to see what the problem is without me paying them - the same amount they would charge a new customer. RecommendedWhat a great job they did! Kept us informed all the way!! Only contractor I’ve ever had that actually CARED if you were happy!!!
I would never recommend them for your roof or windows , after they did the roof shingles started coming up within a day they left nails all the way around our house and the driveway. They also changed the quote on the roof and then argued about it. The new windows leak onto the window frame they said they were going to send someone out to look at it never did , ignoring phone calls .I will be looking at getting reimbursed soon!!
They came to my house and gave me an estimate on my window and doors and told me how good there windows and doors was. They have a lifetime warranty on all there stuff. I personally told Mike (which is the person that owns it) that I need to get these Menard's window and doors out of my house because they are no good! I told him I would NEVER buy Menard's window and doors again!!! So when they came out to install my doors I happen to see the tag on the door that said, MasterCraft on it. So I called him and asked him why are ... read more

Pretty sure the workers were drunk when putting in my windows, they left the job for the night with huge holes in my walls because they didnt seal them off after installing them. when the winter came the guard they said they were putting over my windows never got put into place, the said they would come back to place it within the next couple of days. never did, and when confronted about not showing up to place it they flat out called me a liar, were beyond rude with my father and mother and have YET to come put the guard ov... read more
