Working with Steve Burr and Bill was a wonderful experience. We have a great room - half laminate and half carpet. When installing, we had used the wrong flooring transition strip and finding Mike’s Flooring and Design at the top of our search, I called and reached Steve who came right out the next day to discuss. I had Mike's replace my carpet with tile in my Ocean City condo. Like many condo projects, the project depended upon blind trust. I was out of the state when they did the work. I left a condo with old stained carpet, gave them a code for my door and waited. A few days later, I received an email and some pictures. Job was done and looked great in the photos. We have used Mike's for over 20 years for our homes and customers. That should indicate how pleased we are with their products, installation and service. They are full service with flooring, tile work and window treatments. 5 stars!
Mike and Steve -- I absolutely love my carpet runners. My steps were so damaged by renters and the new runners make it look brand new. Thanks for your help in picking out the style and quantity I needed. I get massive compliments on the runners.
Service was excellent; the installer was very efficient, meticulous, and personable. Highly recommend all facets of the operation.
