Good service, good actitud, respectful. Cost effective. We took our cars to the dealers for many years spending a lot of money for little things and most of the time left problems in our cars, no good work for the high cost. West Side team in this shop do a lot better job, a lot more honest and professional!!!! Outside may not look great but the greatest is the people who serve there. They always try to help, you need is to be patient as they have many requests. Just need to talk with them to know what date/time works better... read more

I brought my daughter’s Ford Focus to Mike’s Auto Repair Shop specifically for a door handle replacement. I was initially quoted about $400, then told it would be closer to $600 due to broken pieces inside the door. I agreed, expecting a proper fix. Three days later, I had to call them myself to find out the car was ready. When I arrived, they mentioned boosting the battery and checking under the hood—something I never authorized. Good service, good actitud, respectful. Outside may not look great but the greatest is the people who serve there. They always try to help, you need is to be patient as they have many requests. Just need to talk with them to know what date/time works better, specifically if you need services beyond the regular oil change
