Mike seems alright as a person but he rents out filthy disgusting houses infested with roaches and tries to slime his way out of paying for cleaning supplies and spray/fog for roaches. He expects you, the new tenant, to pay for it and clean it up yourself. I can tell he gets away with sliming a lot of people, we had to stand strong on it.
Nice lil place to shop
If you love knickknacks and hunting for treasures this is the place to go they have everything that you could possibly think of and even more that you don't you never know what you're going to find in this place just make sure you have the time to dig and look around there's a lot of stuff
Mike is a really sweet guy.
I pay my rent ahead of time keep my utilities paid and I can’t get them to fix anything. If I had the money I would move so fast it would make your head spin
