Towed my truck without permission. Then charged for clean up when he did not have permission to do it. Informed me to call my insurance to claim a total lost on my truck and tell them where it is so he could be paid. Then said Pilot fuel station told him to clean up the oil which the lady Bonnie said they did not. Not only that he went a step further by only wanting to accept cash. He wanted to do a big insurance claim. Fraudulent company DO NOT USE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO.

Love these guys here. Hard working people. The owner is the best . Always has our back . Gets us in fast with emergency. Been using this place since I started trucking in 2012. Very friendly too. The workers are too.
Had to go there today, I'm an out of state driver and had an issue 18 miles north at the receiver, Jason from Mike's showed up helped me to get down to the shop, found the issue even though we couldn't fix it here and I'll have to be towed back home, all the guys were amazing. From just simple conversations to a guy they didn't even know. Mike, Jason, Brad, Bear and Brad's son was phenomenal. Great great folks.
