Update - I've been bringing my RV now for several years. The service is still great. I brought my used class C rv here to have it gone thru to see if it had issues as well as fix very sloppy steering. I am very pleased with the service I received. The steering is comfortable now. They pointed out all of the parts that were newer and made recommendations for keeping the rv from needing costly repairs in the future. The prices seemed reasonable as well. The people there are very nice. . I would definitely recommend this shop.
Horrible Customer service
Went there to get inspected, he told me I had a leak in my fuel line clearly visible and failed me. A follow up with a trusted family friend and mechanic confirmed he had made this up. Why?!
Have a 36 foot motorhome which needed inspection, went to a local place who rejected and told me I needed the king pins replaced because of to much play. Called around and was actually told about Mikes from and RV sales place. Wayne gave me an estimate from my VIN number and we set a date. A few days after dropping it off, Wayne called and said, good news, you don't need king pins. He explained they were within MA inspection tolerance and only need to fill with grease to take up any slack. An honest garage! He could of done ... read more
