I NEVERrecieved a single phone call from Richard the service advisor. It has taken over a month to get my truck back for a transfer case replacement. Very bad customer service. I can only hope the work is good becauseI will NEVER be back.
Had a transmission rebuilt about 6 months ago, and it failed Sunday March 6th. After speaking with the shop they said they would have it handled, I have informed them this is my only means of transportation. It its now March 19th and I probably wont have it back until the 23rd-24th. Probably get pushed back like last time. They aren't moving fast bc this is warranty work.
