I’m really satisfied with Steve’s and his team professionalism and patience throughout the whole transaction. Got a brand new 68rfe installed on my 2500. The job was completed in about 6 days. 2 days after the estimated time. The transmission still running smooth after a few weeks of driving.
Excellent service. They did the transmission fluid change quickly and professionally. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.
Mike’s did their due diligence to try every way to not make me have to pay for my repair. From warranty to parts and manufacturer recalls they made it happen. They were even kind enough to send me to a manufacturer to service for free so I didn’t have to pay for the repair instead of taking my money. I have a 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid I called Mike at the shop he was busy at the moment but returned my call just like he said he would. I asked for pricing for brake pads, rotors and an oil change, he gave me pretty good estimates, he was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him, that happened Saturday. I made an appointment online for Thursday. He got my car in just like he said he would he changed the front brake pads, rotors and oil change. Just got a new transmission put in, they were Honest, Professional, Reliable & the Best experience I’ve ever had with a shop. They kept me informed by calling me regularly, as well as showing me on video chat what’s going on and explaining what they’re doing. I was also told to call anytime I had any questions.
