Mike towed my car over an hour and a half away from the shop, then when he let me know it was pretty much totaled wiped my bill and scrapped it for me. Was very kind, understanding, and considerate the whole process. Even checked out my new car before i bought it for free to ensure nothing was wrong.
I enjoyed utilizing Mike’s for service. Everyone was professional and they were quick to get us in for service. We will definitely be going back!
Amanda who answered my call was absolutely wonderful communicating time and costs for my situation and got back to me right away, and Anthony the tow driver was very nice and able to get me out of being stuck super quickly. Very appreciative of this team, first time using them and while I hope I don't need another snow tow any time soon I know who I'll be calling if I do!
Mike's has taken care of my truck since I was told about the great work that they do there and I've never been disappointed. It should be 5 Diamond service because I would recommend them to everyone i know who's looking for great service and staff!!!
