Overpriced, difficult to communicate with, answering service was rude
These people were rude and unprofessional. They quoted me one price and the switched it up. And even when I was willing to pay it. Choose to leave me stranded on the side of the road. I wld not use or recommend this ppl to nobody. It’s not worth the hassle
If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! The man who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful! I am so glad my fathers vehicle isn’t at this tow yard. To the owner of this business you need to get rid of your rude employees who hang up on people. Ridiculous!!!! A simple phone call and this miserable man answering the phone ruined my first and last encounter with this business.
