Tire completely blew out moving from SC to PA driving through Virginia, Not only was I 20 minutes away from their location but it was also 5 minutes before they closed! I called them and not only did they come to me 20 minutes away after working hours! But the 3 guys that just clocked out of work had the spare tire on and ready to go in no time. 100/10 group of guys that work here! Above and beyond. Thank you again!
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they would have been able to take care of me right away! I needed the tires on my truck (ford f250) balanced, she says we can take care of you.. 34 miles later I arrive, first sign I see is "cash only", so I explain that there might be balance beads in the tire along with another shop tried to balance, which I wasn't 100% sure. Basically you can roll the tire and hear the beads inside moving/rolling, so since it was cash only she told me there was an atm right up the road, I asked ho... read more
