I'm disgusted with this place! My sister brought her truck in to get her rear main seal and flex plate done. Spent $1200 on this repair. Mike had her truck for 2 weeks, always said he would call and update her, and he never did. She had to call him every 2 days. He didn't even call her to let her know that her truck was finished.. she had found out when she called for an update that the truck was complete, and to pick it up that evening. New to this area, I took my car to Mike's Auto and Tire in September 2019. Mike was fair in his price and his staff got it working on the weekend as I needed to use it to commute on Monday. 4 Months later we found an issue with the new alternator and I called Mike. He was very professional. Had me drop it off and took care of it under warranty replacing the alternator. I will be going to Mike for all my auto needs.
Only person I take my cars to! Trust his judgment, honest, fair pricing and just an overall good person. He’s worked on five different cars for us, from custom sketchy beer trucks to daily driver’s, and has always done great work for us. Highly recommend.
