Their waiting area is so uncomfortable. But their service is A+ and we trust them with our vehicles.
My husband and I was traveling to the lake last week and had a blowout on the boat trailer. Thank goodness we had a spare but only the one. knowing our luck my husband told me to google the closest tire repair shop to get the blown tire switched out. Mikes tire was 4 miles ahead so he called them right away. They were very busy but also so kind, when he told them what happened they told us to come on in and they would take care of it. We blew a camper tire on our road trip just before crossing from Iowa I to Missouri on the way to the Arch. We called several places and most were either closed or couldn't get us in today except Mike's. We were still an hour away but made it. We had them do two tires. We were in and out in 20 min. Record time. Thank you for saving our trip Mike's.
