Exactly what you want from a Mountain Mike's. The ingredients were fresh, the pies were cooked well, and overall, the experience was good. If I was grading on a scale of "chain pizza places", I'd probably rate 5 stars. However, with so many wood fired pizza joints open these days, just average in the grand scheme.
I enjoyed the lunch buffet. All you can eat pizza salad and soft drink. $13.99. They needed to make more pizza and they asked me what kind that i wanted. It was a little bit of a wait but I had a great salad and had some of the other pizza. The people were very nice.
If pineapple on your pizza is your thing, they're lunch buffet seems to always have at least one pie with that on it. The downside of that is that they only have room for three pies on their hot station, so sometimes the buffet selection becomes limited if you don't like fruit on your pizza (I don't). The salad bar is always fresh and well kept at lunchtime. Friendly staff, and a well kept establishment. Just lose the pineapple, ok? 🙂
