Most intuitive massage therapist I’ve ever had work from. Mike assesses thoroughly and provides focused treatment to areas of stress, strain, and places I didn’t even know needed help. I leave each session feeling like a noodle! Results last!

The name “Spartan” caught my eye right away, and from our first conversation, we bonded over a shared dislike for light, Swedish-style massages — so I knew I was in good hands. I have been going to Mike for several years and I highly recommend him. He takes care to create a space where you will feel welcome and comfortable. He spends time before each session to understand your challenges and what habits or activities might be causing pain and then after each session advises stretches or other things you can do to help with mobility and soreness between visits.
