10/10 would definitely recommend! Went in due to lower back/hip pains and afterwards I feel 1000 times better! Mike was great and the whole entire atmosphere was amazing.
I feel like a whole new person after seeing Mike! I have struggled with shin splints and tight calves and after my massage with Mike, I have no tightness. I felt so relaxed when I left and I don’t feel tense. The experience was so relaxing, and I’ve got homework to help me afterwards. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Mike’s Spartan Bodyworks & Wellness enough! I went in barely able to move due to a severe lower back issue and was honestly considering a trip to the ER. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and after his treatment, I felt a significant improvement. While I still have minimal pain, it’s nothing compared to how I felt before seeing him.
