I can’t recommend Mike’s Spartan Bodyworks & Wellness enough! I went in barely able to move due to a severe lower back issue and was honestly considering a trip to the ER. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and after his treatment, I felt a significant improvement. While I still have minimal pain, it’s nothing compared to how I felt before seeing him. His expertise truly made a difference, and I’m so grateful for his help. If you're in need of real relief, this is the place to go! Thank you again!!!
I had an incredible experience with Mike. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable with a thorough intake session, ensuring he understood exactly what I needed. He is open to feedback, adjusting pressure and techniques to provide a customized experience. His massage left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
Mike is highly knowledgable, kind, and really tailors your sessions to meet your unique needs. He took the time to educate, inquire, and really explored my history to understand the optimal route to healing. He cares about outcomes and even gave me homework to begin before a follow up session. I had an amazing session with Mike for an injury and pain. My massage was not just about the massage but also about my overall care. Mike paid attention to every detail about my past injuries and history. Was strong and intuitive! Will be returning!
