He never answers his phone when he does. He says he'll make an appointment but never shows up other times when I have gotten ahold of him. He says he will call back but he doesn't zero stars.
Mike saved my hot tub after I was taken advantage of by some creep who convinced me my motor was bad. Mike told me don’t let them have your motor.. so I saved it and he checked it out and nothing was wrong with it. He said more than likely a wire came loose. Mike saved the day and put back in my perfectly good motor and repaired a few other things and cleaned it and filled it and actually stayed while it filled to make sure everything was in good running order. No call no show like many others on here. I believe it’s because I already had the replacement parts, and he couldn’t mark them up.
Mike installed my new hot tub on time and at agreed price. Very happy. Would recommend
