Mike was very responsive and was able to diagnose an issue with my hot tub circulation pump very quickly. He showed up on time and had our tub up and running right away. Highly recommend for any hot tub repairs or service in the London and surrounding area.
Mike is a rare gem who actually answers the phone instead of hiding behind a complicated website that wastes your valuable time. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides outstanding service. When I had an emergency, Mike was on-site in less than four hours. Despite his already busy day, he gave me his full attention, which I greatly appreciated. My heater stopped working and I dealt with a different company who said my spa pack needed to be replaced. Immediately after replacing the spa pack, my 2 speed pump seemed weaker and would only run on high speed for about 20 seconds before shutting down. The same company who replaced the spa pack said I needed a new pump (they quoted me $880.00). I asked if it could have been related to the spa pack replacement and they said no. Mike, once again did a great job fixing the leaks the motor including new parts and has my hot tub running perfect … Always dependable wouldn’t use any other Hot Tub Repair business.
Mike was great to work with. He was very responsive/friendly and diagnosed as well as fixed our issue during the same visit. Hot tub back up and running in a day. Highly recommended.
