Terrible communication, only occasionally answers text/email/ phone. He had my brand new from the factory power washer for 4.5 months, had to go to his place of business if I wanted an update twice, he took it apart and left it outside where it rusted and got covered in dirt and leaves, when I finally got mad enough to just go get it he told me the part was back ordered but never bothered to to tell me.
Nice guy and thought everything would be great. Dropped off over a year ago and called 3 or 4 times with no response 🤷♂️. I guess he wanted to keep mine🤣
Held my power washer for 4 months without any update call. He never returned calls and I always had to go to his shop to get a status. Returned machine without any gas and when I tried to start it at least 10 times, it ran for 5 seconds before failing. When I trained to start again, pulley froze. He’s too busy, too haphazard to consider ever returning.
Save your money take it to a professional, mike had my lawn tractor for 3 months when he told me it was a 2 week job. I called 3 times for a follow up after a month no answer and no call back. My tractor sat outside in the weather while I waited for a response I finally drove there to get an update and he never even touched it one month in. I gave him a part for it and he lost it, Mike made every excuse on why it took so long, I finally had enough and picked up my lawn tractor not even complete.
