I've been waiting 3 months for a weld to be done on my John Deere with no call backs or updates.
If there was a star lower than one I would definitely use it. I rated it one because of the new guy trying to accommodate us at the counter. What happened to the original Mikes small Engine store.... We recently went in to purchase a filter, primer bulb and new hoses for our trimmer. We went home. My husband took pictures before removing the hoses one by one. After this was done it would run but didn't continue running. We took it in for repair. We were told the rubber diaphragm was old and the carburator needed to be rebuil... read more
