Very frustrating experience. I called ahead specifically to ask if they could install a hitch on my Jeep today. I was told they could definitely get it done today and that the installation should take around 1–2 hours, so I drove down based on that. When I arrived, the person there had no idea I was coming or what I needed done. After explaining everything again, they looked at the Jeep and told me they already had another vehicle on the lift.
