Mike's professionalism and knowledge of tires where second to non. He advised me on what tire would suit my vehicle and my needs the best. He recommended the Goodyear Assurance All Weather tire, best decision l have ever made, Thanks to Mike. Worst customer service, avoid if possible. Refuse to answer basic questions before service. Called another location and got the right answer. Not sure how you run a business like this.
I have given 2 stars only because Mike's mechanic(s) do decent work if you can wait for them to fit you in which is fair, I get that sometimes business needs to be booked in advance and patience may be necessary, but my gosh does Mike ever lack in customer service and "people" skills for a guy who works the front desk and amazingly has been in business since the 70's! Mike's Service Center is my go to for my Tundra. It's the best when you can trust your auto mechanic. From tires and oil changes to brakes and exhaust, they always take care of my truck. #1 all the way
I was importing my car into Canada and needed a safety check. I was staying with friends in a strange town and this place was highly recommended to me. I was very impressed with Mike’s honesty and professionalism.
