Great service, good prices
Booked a pre safety inspection there. They really tried hard to make sure I understood the results of the inspection and actions required. everyone there was nice! A very honest and well run shop
My experience at Mikes service centre in Collingwood. took my car in for a major oil service. Needed a tie rod and 2 tires. Prior to the service, my car drove well and was always reliable. After my car was serviced, I noticed my tires were incorrectly installed. I had to take it back and the front desk Marissa apologised and they corrected the issue, good. Mikes service centre in Collingwood are the best! they have excellent auto technicians, they diagnosed my car problems and the front desk staff explained it to me and the costs right upfront, no surprises, very honest and straight forward. They are reasonable in their pricing , also if you encountered an issue after the service, they are apologetic and they resolved the issue I had with my tires.
