Made an appointment to have my van hooked up to a machine to see what was wrong with it. Was scheduled for a Friday morning, called to see why no one had reached out by about 11am. They said they were about to call us, had to reschedule for a Monday, because they had a family thing to go to that day. They reschuled for following Monday, it's now 12:49am, no call, no show.. nothing. Horrible communication& I WILL NOT EVER recommend your business to anyone. I've had one good experience. The next experience however, I didn't get an email or call back for 3 months. Had to find a way to get it fixed elsewhere.
