Since this management company has taken over it’s been a joke. They installed a gate that doesn’t work. I’ve been locked out from getting my stuff for months. It’s hot or miss if they leave the gate open. It’s a known problem with them as well. They have a sign on the gate with a number to call to get in. But the when you call it they say they can’t help you because bad internet connection to the gate! So now there is nothing I can do. And they have no direct number to contact for on site help. Don’t use this facility.

I rented a unit in Mike's self-storage recently, and I had a very good experience. The place is well maintained, and their website and customer care team are really easy to work with. Good value for the price

What truly stood out to me was the level of convenience offered. The facility had extended access hours, allowing me to access my unit at any time that suited my schedule. I never had to worry about rushing to retrieve or store my belongings. Additionally, the online reservation and payment system made the entire process effortless and convenient.

Great bunch of people to work with, safe, and 24 access
