I take my Scamp here. Being a tiny trailer and not set up like most, we are always reluctant to take it to just anyone. Mike and his guys do solid work that they stand behind. Its just were I go now. Lots of people complain about how he is "rude" but honestly I am not looking for the man that does winterizing on my camper to give me a warm fuzzy hug. I just need my camper taken care of and he meets this expectation every time!
This is the first negative review I have ever given, but I feel others should know about this guy before hand. I have dealt with Mike 3-4 times over past 10 years or so and every time it has been a bad experience. He has always been arrogant, rude and completely unprofessional. The only reason I have continued to call is there are no other rv repairs companies in the area that service my location. Called Mike’s to have them come look at my heat in my RV a dime size sensor was replaced still didn’t fix the heat properly. I was charged $400 ended up taking it to an RV shop was charged $150 and a half hour my heat was running correctly crazy price for not fixing the problem
