Mike laughed at my problem and said I should have fixed it previously instead of calling him. Thought he’d be the guy to help but clearly was too busy to assist. Can I give lower than 1 star?
Mike was kind enough to stop at our campsite after making repairs to our friend’s RV. He said he was super busy, but would at least take a look and see if he could find our water leak. Found the leak and repaired it quickly. Thank you!
We had brake issues on our travel trailer. Mike came out and repaired the issues and then asked if there was anything else we needed him to look at. He looked at our stove fan and let us know it needed a new motor. Reasonable price and he was here before he stated he would be. We certainly recommend his service.
I am following up on a recent review as the system does not allow me to. I left a negative review of the company laughing at me and him telling me I would have to do the work myself and not giving options. He claims he tried to offer options, but I cussed at him and hung up. Now I am flat out calling him out on not speaking the truth. I 100% did no such thing AND I found someone to do the hot water heater, so not doing myself. Way to try to spin it - just admit you were unprofessional and move on.
I will be in St, Clair next week and my tankless hot water heater is not working. I was trying to find out if he can order the part ahead of time or if I bought a new one, he could install when we get there. He told me whatever I buy, I am doing it myself. I asked why that is, and he said because he is not doing it. Um - ok, well we do travel and there are PLENTY of techs that will want my money, so I will just find one here or the next place after St Clair, but definitely don’t have to do it myself.
