We broke down on the way to my uncle's funeral. Mike's RV repair had us on the road in no time. Extremely professional and fair pricing
I called Mike and discussed my slide out motor not working and he assured me this was in his relm of expertise. He sent Chris out and he evaluated what was needed. Chris also accidently dropped a bolt down into my piping when he removed my toilet to check a problem I was having. I have since called Mike 5 times after that service call, which cost me $250, and each time I call he answers "hello" with no greeting or business name, I ask everything, how are you and I get "I alive". We contacted Mike when our RV slide wouldn't retract in, leaving us unable to continue our journey. He responded quickly and resolved our issue in minutes! He couldn't have been any kinder and gave us some DIY tips as well. He runs a top notch business and lived up to the recommendation the KOA campground in Kingsland GA
I live in waycross and had one of the team members Chris come out to do a roof inspection and walk around. He was extremely helpful and honest with what he knew. I gave him a list of things I found and he gave me a list of what he found and suggestions. I appreciate them for the knowledge. It was worth the service fee.
This experience completely changed my expectations for customer service. Besides being highly competent, fully capable and diligent, Mike and his team were so detail oriented and compassionate that I started to forget that I was a customer and started feeling like a friend.
