We have used Mike's RV Repair on a number of different occasions and have been very pleased with his services each time. He responded promptly, and on one occasion, even came out on a holiday weekend. His fees were very reasonable, and he took the time to determine what was causing the problem. On a recent service call when we visited his shop (rather than having a mobile service call), he corrected an issue with the auto-level system, got it back to the proper code, and got the rear stabilizers working again. 1-Star Review Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mike’s RV Repairs in Grovetown, GA. I have been working with Mike since the end of June regarding warranty repairs for my Puma RV, but the communication and follow-through have been highly disappointing. I contacted Mike multiple times to request updates and was repeatedly told that he was “extremely busy” and would respond when available. Great service from Mike My RV was struck by lightning, and Mike came out quickly to inspect it. He identified the issue with the AC and dimming lights promptly. He is honest, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. He is a good professional and someone I would recommend.
Mike replaced one of my 18 year old, working but ancient Class A RV AC units. Mike was a pleasure to do business with because he means what he says, he keeps his word, and his work ethic is second to none. I usually have to figure out a way to do my own RV work because it is so difficult to find someone competent, willing to do the work and actually shows up to do the work. Mike is all of those things and so much more. I highly recommend Mike's RV Repair! A breath of fresh air trying to get RV repairs done properly.
