Needed an obsolete Briggs & Stratton part. Called Mike Monday morning and he informed me he had the part in stock (NOS). Had it in my hand an hour later and the crises was averted. The build was on hold until the part was located and Mike had it, only one around who did (and I called everybody)! Thanks again Mike!
"Mike" was extremely rude and condescending. Wanted me to bring the lawnmower in let him tear it apart to give his best estimate and charge me $70 to do it. Wouldn't let me give him a set of symptoms or give me an educated guess as to what it could be. Turns out, by going on YouTube, found out it was a $10 air filter that was dirty and needed changed. The way he acted, he would have torn it apart and charged me like any low level auto mechanic and finding what it was, charge me for hours of labor and fixed stuff that didn't ... read more
