James and Ivan both have been especially helpful in navigating issues with my jeep. The quote to replace my AC ended up being double but I was grateful Ivan was upfront with me about the warranty of my part and the service he provided was exceptional after months of not having AC- it is finally repaired and running good! They run a tight shop but both are always willing to help since I relocated to the area and was putting my trust in their skills to keep my car running. Thank you guys!
This place has everithing you need regarding service, but beyond that the owner takes care of every detail you will get educated and understand what your car really needs, he has the best team of qualified mechanichs and electronic specialist you will ever find in any place in Florida. BOOK IN ADVANCE! because this place gets busy with loyal custumers like me!
What can I say. They bought a Mercedes part from me on eBay. They claimed it was broken. They sent me their broken part back expecting a refund. I filed a police report after repeated attempts to reach out to them, without a response. That’s the kind of mechanics and shop they are.
I recently moved to south Fl . My 2020 mercedes makes clicking noise during stop and go drivng. Mikes auto change the trans mount without test driving the vehicle, the old mount was perfectly fine. The issue didn't resolve. Now they want me to change Suspension bushings. This guy is a parts changer. I don't trust this place. Took the car to Complete Auto service and repair. They diagnose the issue. The sound was coming from the transfer case due to low oil level. Thanks to Mike.
I have used this shop for several of my vehicles domestic and also imports. These guys do excellent work and the pricing is so fair that I drive 45 miles one way to get to this shop. It is extremely hard to find a good mechanic that is fair with their pricing and when you do you mind is at ease. I highly recommend this shop and the staff.
