If I could give Mike a negative star I would. He’s serviced our pool for almost a year and brings a we’re fine. However he came to our house unannounced on a day he normally does not come and brought a stranger with him. I looked in my backyard and saw him and some women standing there and she was showing her our pool. When confronted he said she just wanted to see some of the pools he took care of. After another pool repair service no-showed on me, I called Mike on the evening of 7/21/20 about having a pump fitting repair done. I left him a voicemail. He called me back that evening (I was impressed by this) and he confirmed that he could fix the issue. We agreed that he would arrive at 10:00 AM the next morning to do the fix.
