On May 17, 2017, Mikes Pool and Spa was present at my property for approximately 25-30 minutes. Please note that the tenant was home and observing you during this time. Mr. Mike ***** alleges to have vacuumed the pool for 1.5 hours on May 17, 2017, but given your actual physical time at the property, this is not possible.
