The buyer for my home hired this company to do the well and septic inspection. He came out and did the inspections and a couple weeks later I went back to the house to move more of my belongings. When we arrived we noticed that the tarps and blanket that we had covered the well house with last winter were strewn all over the place. We also noticed that the well house cover was not closed tightly. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! I purchased my first home in the fall of 2020 and, on the recommendation of my realtor, went with Mike's plumbing for the sewage inspection. Mike's plumbing gave my holding tank a clean bill of health and indicated that all parts were working and included an alarm. After things backed up in the winter, my parents said that there should have been an alarm to let me know the level in the tank was too high.
