I get my daughters meds at the Ft Smallwood location. Service at that location is horrible. I call to get it filled usually wait a day since it need to be compounded and it’s never ready. Sometimes I have to wait days. Depa is awful. If she’s there I can guarantee her meds won’t be done at all unless I call ahead and make sure. Even then it’s still never ready. Being a Type 1 Diabetic, I can always count on Mike to take care of me. Theres no run around, and they are dedicated to carefully take care of everyone. best part is they are LOCAL! As a Pasadena resident, we do a good job supporting our local businesses, and that's what makes Pasadena so great, we all have each other! Stop in sometime and check it out next time you have any pharmaceutical needs!
After a good run, Mike's might be coming to an end for us. We aren't getting notifications that prescriptions are ready and they no longer match competitor prices. We ended up going to a competitor today to get the better deal.
