Wolf in sheep's clothing is the best way to describe the customer service in this store. After making a deal for Mike to purchase baby rabbits for $10 each if they were brought to the store right away, he changed his offer to $5 each because the customers who wanted them were no longer in the store... This is BAD BUSINESS!! My family has bought 10 rabbits over the last year from him, not to mention, several other pet items. We will no longer support this local business.

Every time I make it into the store I get a friendly vibe. I have never had an issue with the store now that it's switched over to mikes hands. Prior, I always felt as a burden and rushed out the door if I was "just looking". Mike personally kept me entertained with facts about the animals when I am just stopping in to check the place out.
