Great service, I am by no means a big or regular customer. I needed a back yard rink flooded and they provided top notch service, worked with me around a snow storm to schedule me in. And even used a monitor to flash flood my rink. I’m super impressed and grateful for businesses like these. They are what makes , Canada. Oh ya super reasonable rates as well; it would have taken me 3 months to do with a garden hose what they did in an hour or less ! A+ guys!
Trudie went above and beyond! When our well unexpectedly went dry, she came through for us on short notice and couldn’t have been more helpful. Super friendly, professional, and reliable service. We definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of water delivery
False advertising when online it says open 24 hours, show up at 7am to get water for a scheduled job and just get yelled at by the old guy saying they aren't open yet and water loads have to be scheduled despite the operator calling it in the night before. Not told where to go/how to load either, just said I can take some when their trucks move, then walked away. Need to update online information to be accurate, and get better customer service.
