False advertising when online it says open 24 hours, show up at 7am to get water for a scheduled job and just get yelled at by the old guy saying they aren't open yet and water loads have to be scheduled despite the operator calling it in the night before. Not told where to go/how to load either, just said I can take some when their trucks move, then walked away. Need to update online information to be accurate, and get better customer service.
