I just had to share how amazing my experience was with Jeff at Mike's Muff-Ex and Repair LLC. Me and my husband were traveling 8 hours to Iron River for the PRO Rodeo in Iron River when about 6 1/2 hours into our trip, my 2023 F150 started acting crazy. The road was bumpy with lots pothole patches and soon after driving on this road my speedometer needle started waving back and forth from 60 mph to 25 mph and the digital display also showed 25 mph when I know I was traveling about 60 mph. Multiple customers in the area come from this place with poor work done to their vehicle, I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to these backyard billys.
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SERVICE! These people are amazing. My vehicle broke down in the parking lot of this business. The mechanic jumped right in to help, no hesitation. Brought my vehicle into the shop (no appointment), diagnosed the problem, had the parts there in minutes, installed the parts in record time. In addition the charges were extremely reasonable.
