Brought my bike there. Kept dying out. Would run, leave me stranded. He charged me 300. To fix. Got it home, unloaded, ran 10mi. And quit. Brought it back all friendly, charged me another 200 or so said it was a short it radiator fan, not same prob. It ran in lot, loaded on trailer cause it was snowing and now November. Took little ride it quit. Turns out it was the counterbalancer spring( doohickey) someone else fixed for more money.
I was recommend to mike's by almost every local biker I've met. Been to mike's multiple times, great guy! Mike has always treated me very well. He is an excellent mechanic; the work I have had done has always been high quality. Great customer service. I highly recommend Mike for anything you need.
Been to Mike's several times for wheel/tire things... Have always been treated very fairly, and work was always high quality and done in a reasonable time... Would go there again in a heartbeat.
First of all, to the other reviewer who couldn't get his bike "in time for the nice weekend" and therefore wrote a bad review: Boo Hoo! Quit crying. Repair shops are busy (especially during the summer) and sometimes things take a little longer than expected. THAT'S LIFE, get over it. On to the review.... Brought in forks (off my bike already uninstalled) they quoted me 3 days out to be finished wed-fri, Because they had to order parts I called Thursday to make sure they had the parts, Mike answered saying they had the parts in but he could not do it untill Friday no big deal that's when I was quoted the work would be done (friday morning) So I call Friday afternoon to pick them up and Tom answers the phone and said they just got the parts in today and mike is swamped, I said funny mike told me he got them yesterday, if you n... read more
