I had tuned up my boat but couldn’t get the engine up to full power, and was out of my depth so I called Mike. He got me in on the holiday weekend, determined the new carb I’d installed was faulty, and there were a couple of other ignition issues. He replaced the carb with an OEM, solved the other problems and my boat has never been easier to start or run better! Highly recommended!
I had a difficult scheduling in the spring which is normal. He seemed really busy and nice guy over the phone. I took my boat to active water sports and got great service but it was twice the distance for me. I asked him if I could schedule out far in advance. He said I could book a date for October 1. Great guy. Made time for me on a Saturday. Was super honest and explained everything to me, which was priceless as a first time boat owner. He even spent an extended amount of time on the phone with me trying to help me fix it so I could get on the water quicker and save money. That is straight up something that does not happen these days. I would recommend to family and friends. Fantastic!
