LONG REVIEW. I was driving home from Florida with my wife, our 2-year-old and 11-month-old. We were on the highway and our Traverse broke down leaving us stranded on the highway. I called several places/people. I was told someone would be out in 30 mins to 1 hour to help. I got my wife and kids off the highway. This is a generous review at one star. Mike let me know he was able to replace my alternator at 9am. I was stranded 3 hours away from my home as he said all day that he was on his way. He never called and never showed. If you value your time, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else even if it costs more.
5 stars isn't enough for this company. Answered the phone at 10:00 pm on a Saturday and arrived to us in less than 45 minutes. Got our vehicle up and running so we could make the trip back to Florida. Price was beyond fair for after hours emergency service.
Mike is seriously a life saver! My boyfriend and I were stuck on the side of the road for 2 days waiting for a tow truck or a mobile mechanic to contact us. After getting jerked around by everyone, we decided to expand our search radius to look for other mobile mechanics. When we called Mike, we could just tell from his energy that this was our guy. Last night my water pump and serpentine belt went out and he knew exactly what to do. Prices are reasonable and he gets it done fast and in jiffy. Thank you Mike ! We will definitely be coming back and sending some friends.
